My name is Moe Larbi, one of the reasons I started SmartTraining365 is to help people workout efficiently, transform their physique and lifestyle using our science-based and biomechanically sound training system.
I'm originally a tennis player and coach, but my weight lifting career started at the age of 18, I was skinny back then and my primary goal was building muscle.
So I started to educate myself at an early age and learn the best ways to build muscle. Through trials and errors, I learned a lot from people I met in the gym, reading fitness magazines, watching videos, reading books, taking courses from well known personal training associations but since I started implementing the BRIG20 and experienced serious results, I changed completely my training approach.
Today, I'm using my 20+ years of experience with my clients one on one or online, and I'm helping them achieving their goals using the best exercises and training programs that suits their goals and needs.
